Paying, and refunds

You pay in full before we start, and your report arrives on the promised date. Payment is to Kairos Solutions, through a secure link we email you once the work is agreed.

If we deliver late, or do not deliver what you ordered, we refund you in full. Because the work starts as soon as you pay, we do not refund once a report has been delivered as ordered. Read the refund policy.

Is it allowed to use a service like this?

Yes. Getting help to find papers, check originality or run and understand an analysis is like working with a librarian or a statistician. What universities forbid is submitting writing that is not yours, and we never provide it. You write every chapter. Many researchers thank the statistician in their acknowledgements, and we suggest a line you can use.

Who checks the work?

Our work is led by academics, including professors, with years of experience supervising postgraduate researchers and publishing academic papers. Gapnostic AI does the searching and first reading. A person checks every paper, every quote and every number before your report is sent.

What if I need it faster than 48 hours?

Ask us. If we can do it sooner without cutting corners, we will tell you before you pay.

Can I ask questions about my report?

Yes. Reply to the delivery email within 7 days with questions about what we sent and we will answer them. A deeper discussion is what a consultation is for.

What happens to my data and my topic?

They are used only for your order. Please remove names and contact details from your data before sending it. We delete your data after delivery, and we never share your work.

Can I do it myself instead?

Yes. Gapnostic AI, the same tools we use, is available in your own private workspace. Searching, reading and your Idea Vault are free. See Gapnostic AI.
